WHO WE ARE

We decided to start the cleaning business providing services to small offices in the Silver Spring area; after witnessing the need of a company that will offer a more complete line of cleaning and personalized services.  It was done in part because we have the experience in the cleaning field. In January of 2005 I&A Maintenance Services, Inc. was incorporated after operating as a sole proprietor for almost four years.

In September of 2005 the name was changed to Monumental Maintenance Services, Inc. This change was made, thinking of our customers to make the name easier to remember and to be able to enter the state and Federal governments.  Monumental has now earned the minority certification needed to bid on contracts in the local governments level and soon to Federal levels as well.

We are committed to providing commercial cleaning services to customers in the area of Washington, DC Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia in a more economical and efficient way.  We have been in business since 2001.  Offering services for customer with buildings small/large, medical and law offices, state government facilities, schools, churches, restaurants, etc.
